Material used for covering the exterior is heavy duty Nylon that is water repellent conforming to the requirements of Mil Spec PIA-C-7219, Type 1, Class 3.
The jackets are constructed from high strength nylon with water and stain resistant coatings. Cotton, denim, or other fabrics available upon request.
Standard features on AoA's nylon police jackets include removable identification patches on the jacket back, Velcro pile on the front for cloth badges, and large pockets for holding spare ammunition, handcuffs or a backup weapon.
